Who We Are...
Our goal is to create a warm, inviting gathering space where people can slow down, connect, and make meaningful memories together. Honeoye is a wonderful small town, and we believe it deserves a space that celebrates community, creativity, and togetherness.
Our vision is to offer a place where people can gather for celebrations, workshops, and shared experiences… a space that feels relaxed, uplifting, and inclusive. Whether someone is attending a creative workshop, celebrating a milestone, or simply spending time with others, we want them to feel welcomed, supported, and inspired.
At the heart of everything we do is a belief in connection, faith, and the importance of community. We hope J&J Events becomes a place where people feel comfortable being themselves, enjoying one another, and building relationships that last.
J&J Events was created by two local women who share a deep love for community, creativity, and meaningful connection. Rooted in Honeoye, we came together with a simple goal… to create a welcoming space where people can gather, celebrate, and feel at home.
Jen Covey is a longtime educator and the owner of Covey Cares Learning Center in Honeoye, where she has spent years supporting children, families, and learning in our community. Jen Rogers is a contemporary abstract artist and studio owner in Honeoye, known for creating art and spaces that encourage reflection, creativity, and renewal.
Both of us are deeply involved in community life, committed to giving back, and raising our families right here.
Our backgrounds are different, but our values are shared. We believe in showing up for others, creating spaces that feel safe and welcoming, and making a positive difference in the place we call home.
J&J Events will be offering two thoughtfully designed gathering spaces, each created to feel warm, welcoming, and adaptable for a variety of events and experiences.
Once the renovations are completed, our upstairs loft will offer a bright, open space of approximately 1,000 square feet, filled with natural light and offering a beautiful view of Main Street in Honeoye. With its airy feel and flexible layout, the loft is well suited for creative workshops, celebrations, meetings, and special gatherings where guests can comfortably come together.
The lower-level lounge is an equally warm and inviting space, also approximately 1,000 square feet. Featuring large windows and abundant natural light, the lounge offers a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere that works beautifully for social gatherings, smaller events, and more intimate experiences.
Both spaces are designed with comfort and connection in mind, providing a welcoming environment where guests can relax, enjoy one another, and create meaningful moments together.
